I feel bad I don’t know his name,(the Filipino gentleman) very nice, courteous. He was so helpful and when I joked about a missing tire air cap he went an got chrome ones, not plastic. It’s these little things that, well at least to me, show that great salespeople always go beyond the customers expectations. They made me a fair deal and the manager knows his business. I have visited a lot of lots over many years, made lots of deals, this place shines. They are not just selling cars, they are making loyal customers.
Very happy customer….I purchased a used car from Magic Toyota Lynnwood in October 2014. I had Michael Kim for my Salesman, he found the perfect car for me, as he really listen to what I wanted.
I worked with both General Sales Managers Paul Chung and Elcio Giron both showed great interest in helping me from the beginning.
I have also, had help from Roeuth Cheth Assistant Service Manager, couldn’t have been more helpful and nice to deal with. In finance I worked with Desmond Lianos, he was very patient and helpful. Can’t thank these men enough for their genuine interest in making this a good experience…Highly recommend them for your future car purchases. Love my new car…
